homework problems on this international edition different than usa hardcover problems. not well written

When I ordered the book I had a different idea of what could be expected when the offer mentioned Good Conditions. The book was in excellent conditions and its delivery surprised me.

If your teacher uses the WileyPlus crap, DO NOT buy this book. The proprietary WebCt replacement has the entire textbook online. Save some money and just get the overpriced online code. This is usually packaged with a wasteful loose leaf, "binder ready version," of the text book and a online access code for about $130.00. The online code alone is $73.95.

I am not impressed with WileyPlus so far, it is slow and poorly organized.

I had to use this book for an engineering circuit analysis class. Oh my God, this is THE worst. Incompetent teacher aside, this book did not help me learn much at all (same goes for the teacher, but that's another thing altogether.)

I'm sorry if you need this book for class. My suggestion, if you must get this, is to GET THE SOLUTIONS MANUAL! I wouldn't have learned a thing if it I didn't have the solutions manual.

The examples given in the book are few and specific, while the problems given after each chapter and many and broad. Looking over example problems often doesn't help you understand the material or its application any better than not looking at them. The text isn't any better at explaining things clearly.
