| Customer Rating: | There seem to be quite a few books here on Amazon without adequate descriptions. This is basically a course prepared for 11-12th graders, designed to introduce them to the people and practices of the world's major religions. The student's text includes a chapter on eleven of the world's largest religions including Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism, to name a few. Each chapter has a glossary and word pronunciations to help students with new terms. The text also includes an overview of basic questions that religions address. Good resource for the classroom!

| Customer Rating: | This exact book is a requirement for a theology course at Walsingham Academy. It arrived in perfect condition, almost as quick as buying in the store, except someone else drove. I am buying more online than ever--the technology is maturing. I would rather sit in my den than drive through all sorts of weather--with no guarantee the book will be there when I arrive.
The book is an excellent text for comparative religions. I believe we should all make some attempt to be more understanding and accepting
