Loove IT! | Customer Rating: | | This thing's awesome. Hilarious! I bought 10 of them. I hand them out in the lab, they love it too. | Human Brain Coloring Book | Customer Rating: | | Very detailed. If you are not a medical student or have some basic knowledge of the brain, you will find this book very confusing. Otherwise, good illustrations that you can color in and label. | A Good Review Tool | Customer Rating: | | The slides are well-drawn, but the explanations are a bit out-dated and sparse. I think this book is a great review tool, but might be tough for those trying to learn the material for the first time. | useful tool | Customer Rating: | | I used this for a Neurology class as an additional study guide and I found it to be very beneficial tool for the learning process and who does not love to color! Yes, buy it if you need the extra help. It gets detailed in the later chapters (our brains are complex :) ,but I find if you go over the things you need the work on the most, it will help. | Loved the text but didn't get to color | Customer Rating: | | The panes of information were an excellent complement to my neuroanatomy instruction. However, anyone in medical school can attest to the fact that time is of the essence. As I look through my book, I notice that I only had time to color in 14 pictures (some weren't complete). Many of my classmates fared worse as they purchased "Neuroanatomy Primer: Color to Learn" and used it even less. If you struggle with anatomy, this will definetly help! If you do well with structures and locations, then you probably won't take the time to utilize this tool. |
