I am using it for debates in an advanced human nutrition course, and it is great! The only two drawbacks are that it does not give references for the arguments, and that it is somewhat out of date on some issues (like the food guide pyramid which was recently updated in 2005 after publication). It has stirred up great discussions and helped our class to see both sides of an issue. |
