This book comes highly recommended by teachers at my school. I go to Western International Univerisity in Chandler, Arizona. This book will give you some of the most up-to-date material avaliable. The 13th edition gives more current case studies, but it's hard to keep up with an everchanging business world. Especially after 9-11 and our economic crisis at hand. You can rely on this book to give you more than enough examples of theories about how perceptions are formed and identifies the differences between all kinds of people. Not just race, age, or beliefs, but an extensive explanation of personalities, and character traits that make each of us unique. This book really delivers these concepts in a way that is understandable for college students. | Robbins and Judge Organizational Behvior | Customer Rating: | Most of the material in this was material covered in other OD/IO courses that I have taken. The book is very "glitzie" it may appeal to younger students who are taking their first Organizational Behavior class. A CD is included - but not too helpful. I ordered a brand new book and CD and was very pleased to receive my order in time for my class. Most important I was able buy a brand new textbook at a used textbook price. It's a reasonable choice for an introductory course. I found it easy to read & informative. However, the accompanying SAL CD-ROM was disappointing - I didn't think it was worth the effort.
