As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. | Customer Rating: | It's a very interesting book. However I've been into reincarnation and searching for the spiritual meaning of life for so long I wonder why I bought this book. It's an excellent primer and if you're interested in the concept of reincarnation a great first to fifth book to read. And having been written by a psychiatrist, from Columbia no less, someone who was really never into past lives, it is even more exciting as it takes you along to his awakening as he is forced to drop his pre conditioning to admit that reincarnation is not only a possibility but according to his experience, a certainty.

If you read one book about regression and reincarnation this should be it.

Coming from a scientist and doctor who are very sceptical about any mention of the words reincarnation and past lifes. This book opens the door to these subjects in a clear and non-threatening mannner. At the end you will not only want more but you will want to meet the subjects and the doctor mention in this book.

For anyone who has ever met someone and kept thinking they had met before or instantly hit it off, this is a great book to read. No matter what your beliefs are, it doesn't hurt to try to be a good person and treat other people well, a good universal message. |
