| Customer Rating: | | As a high school English teacher, I looked through many anthologies of multicultural American literature for materials to consider for a college-prep American Literature course I teach, particularly for a unit on Contemporary American Voices. This anthology presents a variety of literature featuring a wide array of perspectives and experiences. I found this to be the most useful anthology of those I purchased and reviewed. I ordered a second copy for my student teacher, believing it to be an invaluable tool for a starting English teacher. Well worth the cost. |
