A vital step up from doing simple arithmetic. Granted, the narrative seems a trifle laboured. And it may also seem so to you, if you already possess an aptitude or interest in maths. But the book is aimed squarely at the average and below average reader. The leisurely and prolonged use of examples is needed for such an audience. |
