If you are just beginning your career in corrections then this book is worth $100.00 EASY!You can find it used for much,much,much less online.Actually,I recommend this book to any and everyone,not just those working in a correctional setting.Many of the topics and warnings carry over into the crime-ridden real world we all inhabit.
