This book was a great eye opener to the possibilities inherent in various construction styles and techniques and their relationship to collapse under fire. I have gained great confidence in my abilities through the reading of this book and every firefighter should read this book. One thing disappoints me and that is that this book was written so long ago (1988). |

Excellent Fire Book
| Customer Rating: | | This is a very good book for anyone in the fire service. Dunn does an excellent job of putting his life experiences into words. The stories that open every chapter are situations that most firemen can relate to. The only negative I can think of is that there is some repeat information throughout the book. |
