This Book Gives Many Insights to a More Peaceful Life!

I saw this book on one of my friend's desks. I admire her peacefulness, so I decided to purchase a copy for myself. I am so glad that I did. One day, when I felt overcome with the hustle bustle of everyday life, and I sat down and read this book. Instantly I felt more calm and at peace with where I was going with my plans, and knew that my patience for my goals would bring me results more quickly. I plan to listen to my inner voice, as I move towards my goals, and now am very thankful that I picked up this book to calm my mind.
I learned that I need to spend time alone with my thoughts to recharge my batteries and be able to hear the inner voice that is urging me to create my dreams. This is why I hike, and go to yoga class; it sure has made a difference with my levels of concentration, as well as my ability to be open to when I am on or off my purpose. This book was an integral part for me to figure out how to calm down enough to be open to creating my dream future.

Well, after 4 or 5 wives who were pretty much 'enslaved' by Wayne Dyer, I know the 'spin' he expounds for the $$$,$$$... SOOOOO sad that he twists the truths of the universe (whatever those are) to his slimey advantage. Better to return to simple truths (like the Dalai Lama, Thich Nan, etc) instead of promoting this shyster. His wives could tell you he's a pr*ck. Sorry if this is dissolusing, but as most 'gurus' are fake...

An inspiring book

This book is truly inspirational if you need a little pick me up. It will make you a little more happier and a little more nicer. It has a lot of good things to think about, about forgiveness and letting go of your past- which I had a lot of problems with and thanks to Wayne Dyer I've considered some of these teachings and activated them within my life.
