Why is the American family in crisis? Taken Into Custody argues that the most direct cause is the divorce industry: a government-run system that tears apart families, separates children from fit and loving parents, confiscates the wealth of families, and turns law-abiding citizens into criminals in ways they are powerless to avoid.
Taken Into Custody explores:
Not in the university classroom
...I was once told not to use Lenny Bruce meterial in the university classroom where I teach social science because "he is not a scholar...is not peer published...and is not an academician." Last year, I was told not to use Baskerville's book. The good news...I was told I could show students the book after class.
It's just what men want to hear
It's a man's world in every way still and the ONE area where they are not equal to woman, in general (there are always exceptions), is in the bond to the child. The men cry discrimination. Yet they do not want to give up any of the other advantages they enjoy in society.
Many men only file for custody so they don't have to pay support. It's a bargaining tool to them. Fact: Many men abandon their children, either from birth, or after divorce, or remarriage. They are far more likely to abandon the child or be a weekend dad than a mother.
Fact, many men can't handle their kids so they work. They could never stay at home and raise them as well as the typical woman.
Fact, many men are perverts and can't be trusted around kids. I don't trust my kids around any strange men. That is normal
Men are factually the violent criminals in society. Look at the jails. Internet and video Porn and strip bars are supported by men objectifying women. Men finance the child sex trade industry. Now they want custody of their daughters?
Men have no clue what the mother child bond is and they need to stop whining. It's all about control and money to them. We mom's know that.
Talk is cheap. This book just tells them what they want to hear.
Men, just need to give it up and pay support and do your best to be a good role model for your kids. You will never be a mother. Nature has made you physically stronger, agressive, unemotional, unnuturing, and a beast. You can't just turn it off when it suits you. Let us women keep being moms and move on.
Fantastic Expose of America's Totalitarian Gender Regime
Sadly, what is so ably documented in this book is not just limited to the US. Many countries around the world take their lead in their illiberal policies regarding fatherhood directly from the US through international organizations, academia and conferences, as I can sadly bare witness to after having spent years living in Western Europe as well as a number of Anglo-Saxon countries. The first step in the fight to restore justice to men is to demonstrate just how perverted the legal system has become in its wholesale discrimination against us. This book represents a massive leap forward in the direction of true equality, and is of course applauded by all those currently helping in the uphill struggle against Western Gender Fascism. It is, however, naturally despised by the many individuals and organizations with private, often economic interests in maintaining the current, discriminatory status quo based on unequal opportunism.
Long-awaited treatment of civil injustice
I applaud Dr. Baskerville's delving into a subject that has been so thoroughly ignored in our society: the undermining of the role of fathers in raising a literate, stable generation of children in the reality of 50%+ divorce rates. He brings forward many poignant examples of the erratic inconsistency and outright flagrant abuse and excess in the family court system. Situations that, rather than promoting the "best interest of the child" as promoted by the Court system actually result in their detriment.
Unfortunately, the delivery is very academic and dry. The message is repetitive and monotonous. In reading it, one feels as though they are being clubbed by the message. I feel this detracts, rather than enhances, what should be a very significant message to those who are not aware of the issues faced by "disenfranchised fathers", and the corruption of the system that is purportedly put in place to protect children.
Heil Hitler: Welcome to the democracies
For some reason my original review appeared as a child's review, which it ostensibly isn't, although I was childlike in my naivete with regard what an unconscionable evil the divorce regime is. Here we go again.
I'm not giving it a five because it deserves a 10. When this criminal divorce racket is finally busted, Baskerville above all others, will be resposible for its demise. His scholarship is irrefutable, his legal credentials impeccable, and he writes brilliantly as well. He describes how western democracies have succumbed to totalitarian traits in the name of ideology, all disguised by various euphemisms and Orwellian twists of the language.
We all owe it to ourselves to buy a copy of this book and then bury it in the face of every disgusting legislator we encounter.
The only problem I have after reading it, is that whenever I hear a dreadful feminist banging on about "domestic violence" or "equality", I end up rolling around the floor in paroxysms of laughter.
More power to this man's elbow and at long, long last, an academic we don't have to recoil in embarrassment to whenever he opens his mouth.
