Definitely will use again. missing book I did not recieve the book within the suggested shipping dates. I e-mailed the seller and she said the book was sent and it was in the mail. At the end of the week I e-mailed the seller again to say I did not recieve the book. I waited another week, the book never came. The sender said she would give me the money back. I do not know what happened to the book. I ordered 2 other books which I got in the mail on time. A tremendous help! Purchased this book for a child psychology course I took last semester at teacher's college. It helped me tremendously with the various theories and competencies I needed to be familiar with. The book is very reader friendly and makes studying easy by placing the key points on the side of the page for quick reference. The picture illustrations and bold print add to its effectiveness. If you're looking for a solid psychology book on adolescents and the like, look no further. Got the wrong book I ordered the right book but I was shipped the wrong one. It was the same title but wrong author. I wasn't sure how to return it so I sent it to the person who sent it to me to see if they could send me the correct book. Good decision The product arrived on time and as I expected for what I paid. I am really pleased. | |
