The cover is a bit torn up and some pages are about to come off. But since I make good use of it, it was worth the buy. shipping problem Customer Rating: product is as described. original price is great. paid extra for expedited shipping, took more than 7 days to arrive. that is not expedited service in my humble opinion. such a disservice. very unhappy with sellar's shipping policy. will not purchase again. already found another place to purchase college books. chegg.com cheaper & faster shipping. Great book! Customer Rating: Easy to read and understand, easy help on homework problems on odd numbers (let's you check figures), simplifies statistics (however, I would've preferred that the book actually uses the actual signs of the formula rather than use letters in place of a formula). Overall, its a great book and would definitely recommend it. I am not Chinese if you please Customer Rating: I was very upset when i received this product because despite the fact it is advertised here as the English publication it is in fact a book published for China. Yes the content is similiar but the problems are different which made it difficult for me and the instructor to ensure that the problems I completed were in fact correct since the were different than those assigned. It is essential when something is advertised as the publication intended for dispersal in the US that is what you get for the above reason. I will never purchase from this vendor again and find his tactics upsetting and underhanded. I hope he reads this review not because I am demanding my money back too late for that class is just about over but because of what appears to be a greedy undertaking I was forced to struggle when not necessary. Please don't do this again in another sale. Statistics is already not a lot of fun imagine trying to take it with a book intended for people in China when you live in the US. Excellent!
