Customer Reviews:Average Customer Rating: great self-help book I have been recommending this book for clients (I am a psychologist) for several years and have found it to be the most widely accepted and useful self-help book with a wide variety of problems. It is written in terms that poorly educated clients up to professional level can learn from. Mind Over Mood We adopted a child that had been severely abused for several years. Her counselor suggested this book and it has been excellent in understanding what she goes through in trying to live a "normal" life. It also helps her to overcome the automatic reactions she has because of her past. Helpfulness I have been reading many books about CBT, anxiety, and mindfulness. All three topic are important but this workbook makes CBT an easier and more proctive process. There isn't tons of reading to slow you down but it gets to the heart of the issues with your involvement and just not more reading. JulStiles I received the book in the condition I expected it to be in, slightly used but looking good overall. No wrinkles or dogeared pages. Very nice, thank you.
