Customer Reviews:Average Customer Rating: Thin Book of Appreciative Inquiry This is an excellent quick-read to give people an overview of Appreciative Inquiry, the very powerful and successful approach to change. It helps people understand some of the main concepts and serves as introduction to the more detailed books and trainings on the topic. Organizational Change & Productivity Begins with What's Right I was referred to this book when I started exploring organizational change - as in, what makes humans "engage" and get really excited to think big and proceed from the positive. It's brevity belies its wisdom. This book is accessible and applicable. I highly recommend it for all businesses or organizations that have meetings (so - every biz or org). Good little read This book is a quick read (just 60 pages with wide margin space, takes about an hour to get through it), but the idea is not to be an engaging book that you learn everything about the subject. Rather, it is just a description of what it is, a sample of how it works, and then some encouragement to go out and read more about the subject for yourself. A good read I think that AI gives an interesting view of the change process. This book concisely outlines these ideas. the thin book of appreciative inquiry Great book! Although there was nothing in it that I didn't know, it is always great to become more consious of what you're already doing. | | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
