Clinical utility
Customer Rating:
Pros: - Conveniently sorted by disease state
Cons: - Getting a little outdated - Dosing information is not entirely complete (eg. duration of therapy for infection treatment) - More dosing tables would have been handy to serve as a quicker reference, rather than having to dig through paragraphs.
Wash Manual
Customer Rating:
Excellent Service. The book arrived in about 4 days. The book needs no review. The Wash. Manual is still the best quick reference out there.
Good manual only for certain people
Customer Rating:
Excellent bedside review manual on the run to the ICU, CCU, SICU for an urgent case. Mostly for MDs, a bit hard for medical students, and hard for nurses.
Great Book - I do wish it was spiral bound
Customer Rating:
This is an excellent clincal resource! I do wish that it was actually a spiral bound book as the description implies. I actually purchased the book assuming this and was disapointed that it was not. That aside, the content is excellent.
superb book
Customer Rating:
Gives you information on the most common medical diagnoses with basic information their etiology, workup, symptoms, and treatment. I use this with PocketMedicine. WashU manual for syndromes I don't understand fully, and then PocketMedicine for syndromes I understand completely but just need to know dosages or confirmation.
