Average Customer Rating:    Step by Step Item is in great condition, there is some writing in first part of it, and I don't remember expecting it but it is not all the way through. STEP-BY-STEP I had requested a new book, and when it arrived it looked as though it had never been used. But half way through my course that I had purchased it for, I found writing in the book. This was in the examination portion with the answers written in. Very frustrating. In the future I will keep all packaging and make absolutely sure that the product is what I requested and paid for.
