The book clarified how the careplan should be designed utilizing the nursing process. Anyone using Orem's theory should get this book because it will simplify the organization, reasoning, and understanding of how to create a care plan. The only drawback is that when I ordered the book it stated that for $13.00 it had no markings and that is was like brand new yet when I got the book from river valley it was marked up with pen, the pages were all bent and there were notes written along the sidelines of the text. I would never recommend purchasing it from this company.
