Came as promised. I bought one at a cheaper price a couple months earlier, so this one seemed a little high on price. As always, I was pleased with the service (and there wasn't a cheaper one available elsewhere either).

This book is a must for diagnosing. I enjoy the small pocket size. I needed a new one because I wore my other one out. Good price.

I started using this guide the day I received it, and it has been an essential pocket reference ever since in my psychiatric rotations as a medical student. It is small enough to fit in the pocket of a lab coat but complete enough to provide DSM criteria for all the most common psychiatric illnesses. The only problem is that I use it so much that I think the binding will break. Some of my colleauges have a version with a spiral binding that would solve that problem.

The quick reference is a great little tool to have as a suppliment to the big/complete DSM IV TR. I keep the little one at the office and the big one at home.
