This book is a pocketbook that is good but the textbook was really enough for me to use. I didn't use this one very much.

The Jarvis textbook and laboratory manual are very good books that help students learn health assessment. The pocket companion is a great little book -- it is really helpful that it is so easy to carry. I believe most nursing students will find that the pocket companion is a great addition to their health assessment and nursing library.
