This book has been very useful in obtaining a general overview of key words and history. The book was very easy to read and understand. There are some parts of the text that my instructor (lawyer) did not agree with. I am working toward a Masters and I met a student going for her associates that was using the same book. I think that says a lot for the author and the knowledge he has to share.

I am using this book in my Maters program. So far it seems easy to understand and use. This is one book that I will keep and be able to use in my office. It is a good all around book for administrators as well as first time supervisors.
