I had a massage therapist try this once when I thought I was going for a normal massage after getting whiplash, so I didn't get a chance to read about it first. There is no hard scientific evidence that this is real. People need to make sure to read both sides of the argument. You have to wonder why there are more scientific journals against it than for it.

This is a great resource for anyone wanting to practice CranioSacral Therapy. The first few chapters of the book are exactly what is taught in the Upledger Institute's CranioSacral Therapy I.

Just attended the Cranio-Sacral I class and this book is a great resource. It is very technical. I believe it was written for medical professionals, so I as a lay person found it very heavy reading. Interesting anatomy.
