I really like this book, it is the most comprehensive med-surg I have ever read. There is one other one I used, in 1983 that even comes close, since then I have been disapointed up until now, I am glad I purchased it. Many people do not like it because of its size based on reviews I have read. The size does not matter to me, it is worth carrying it around for the information avaliable.

I purchased this because the other required Med-Surge textbook purchased
back in the Fall was not explained as well. This is the Med-Surge book
most of the colleges here are going with and it is well received.
