Judy A great tool This must be the 6th copy that I've sent to friends and family after hearing that they might benefit from "Cognitive Therapy". It is like a repair manual for folks who are stuck feeling poorly about themselves and how they interact. It can cure misery. Very good condition for a used book I received the book faster then I expected. The book itself was in great condition. This is my third book from Amazon and I can not think of anything negitive to say. recommended by my therapist I bought this workbook because my therapist asked me to get it to help with our sessions. So far, it's been helpful. I would suggest writing your answers in a separate notebook, though. You wouldn't want others to read your inner most thoughts. For those open minded to change When I was 17, I was severely depressed & didn't have an open mind to what this book had to say. I picked the book up as instructed by a therapist.
