Self Help City Customer Rating:  This book is for a college psych. class of mine called "Mental Health". The book is a wealth of information about different stages in life and all main issues a person deals with over time. (i.e. Love, Relationships, General Wellness, etc) Outside of a classroom environment, the book would still work. It is a fairly easy read and if one was to work through all of the personal reflection questions in the book, they could probably get to really know them self better and solve a few problems along the way.
