Customer Reviews:Average Customer Rating: Self Help City Customer Rating:   This book is for a college psych. class of mine called "Mental Health". The book is a wealth of information about different stages in life and all main issues a person deals with over time. (i.e. Love, Relationships, General Wellness, etc) Outside of a classroom environment, the book would still work. It is a fairly easy read and if one was to work through all of the personal reflection questions in the book, they could probably get to really know them self better and solve a few problems along the way. The Title is called " Wish I had The book so I can Give you a review" Customer Rating: For those of you out there fighting the costs of expensive textbooks, just remember one thing; sometimes its better to just pay the amount of a used book. At least you will have the book, and you won't fall behind waiting a month for it to come through the mail. I am submitting a review on a textbook I don't have, even weeks past the Estimated Delivery Date. Good book Customer Rating: I had to purchase this book for a Masters Class but it is a very good book. There are a lot of exercises that help you to self analyze and discover new or clarify not so new things about yourself.
