It is quite complete in the various health aspects, with excellent drawings and overviews. It is well updated in technical information. Excellent value for a very nice price. Excellent information Customer Rating: Very informative book although it can be a bit scary reading about all the dangers that beset chickens. I've read it in advance of problems. Excellent Reference Customer Rating: This reference is a must have for anyone raising chickens. The author goes into great detail on problems that might affect a chickens health. Excellent Resource Customer Rating: This is the third book by Gail Demerow I have in my "farm" library. Like the other two, it is well on it's way to being a highlighted, dog-eared favorite resource for this small scale farmer. Great Reference book Customer Rating: This is just what I wanted in a book on chicke health. Raising a large flock of chickens this helps me identify health problems big and small.
