I have now sent away for the audio of the same so that I can make sure that I am pronouncing the words correctly. The book is great Barron's Learn Spanish the Fast and Fun Way Customer Rating:  Although this is geared to traveling, it is fun and I'm learning more grammar than my Pimsleur lessons. It has a lot of lessons, well worth the money. It seems to be more Latin America than Spain Spanish, which is better for me. great condition and helpful! I am traveling to Guatemala next year and trying to re-learn the basics. I bought several books, flash cards and CD's and so far this book has been the best. It has interactive exercises to keep you interested. I wish I would've bought the CD's from this series...the other ones I bought are slow and boring and I dread listening to them. I feel confident I will be able to carry on basic conversations now. The book also does a good job and sounding out the pronunciation of the words.
