Based on all the favorable reviews, I thought these would indeed be miraculous. Alas, they did nothing for me....I was so sad. I needed something that would get the trigger points out of me, as a long distance runner.....I found the TriggerPoint Massage Baller which is awesome and better than a tennis ball (even though it looks like one).

I bought this for my husbad for Christmas, and conincidentally recieved one from my sister. This is a great product for anyone suffering from back, neck or shoulder pain. I've been using the Miracle Ball Method in conjunction with PT and massage therapy to improve my posture and relieve pain from chronic tension and poor posture. I believe in it so much, I've given this item as a gift to relatives, my physical therapist and massage therapist. An excellent value.

Very good product for those who experience lower back pain and spasms. Just lay on the Miracle Ball for 15 or 20 minutes and your muscles relax and the spasms go away --- almost like a miracle if you've ever experienced such pain.

I was in an auto accident four years ago and have been living with a neck injury ever since. I've had various forms of therapy with some improvement but after I
started using the balls, I can now turn my head in both directions further than I have been able to for four years. It is such an easy thing to do and receive so much benefit. My hips and back have also benefited by use of the balls.

I just started the shoulder exercises eight days ago but can see some improvement in the arms and shoulders also. I thought I was going to be confined to having a cortisone shot every three months and daily doses of anti-inflammatory drugs for the rest of my life. Since using the balls for the shoulders every day for eight days, I haven't needed the antiinflamotory drug the last 3 days. Time will tell if I keep improving but I think I'm on the right track!

I had these balls for about a year but didn't pull them out and use them until I had a problem with my back and hip two months ago. I am so grateful I finally started using them. Now my back, hip, neck and shoulders are benefiting.

Maybe they are not a cure all but I now believe that most any part of the body can benefit from the use of these balls.
