Customer Reviews:Average Customer Rating: A must have!! This is a must have study tool for 1st year law students. They are compact and you can study anywhere. I also add any relavent information such as a significant case on the back of the card. Better Aids Out There I am not disputing that alot of people were able to do better by using the flash cards. There are better aids out there, however. It is more efficient and likely more effective to use an E+E or Siegel's (or anything else with essays and pre-written "A" answers) and practice writing answers yourself. The answers on the flash cards are seldom, if ever, sufficient for an A in a class and sometimes they are just flat out wrong. A must I wouldnt have done as well as I did in Torts if not for this book! Lots of questions and examples and explanations. Helped me get an A in Torts These cards are great because nearly every answer has the elements of the tort and the reasoning behind the answer. It was repetitive and annoying while studying, but reading the same reasoning over and over really ingrained it. law in a flash review These flash cards were better than any supplement I have purchased, so far. Any ambiguities I had were cleared through these cards. Even topics I had a tough time with after speaking with the professor personally, were cleared up through these cards. Great for help with multiple choice questions especially, because they give great hypos. Also great for essays because they lay out the elements of each tort, defense, etc., and explain them. Also, one of my most favorite parts was the acronyms they provide. I would recommend these flash cards to anyone suffering through, or even sickly enjoying, torts. | | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
