Customer Reviews:Average Customer Rating: Military Spouse Does Not Equal a Senseless One Customer Rating:   This book was as boring as it was mindless. Just because a woman's husband is in the military does not mean that she has to comply passively with everything that her husband does. A military spouse can still hold her own beliefs and values and not become another lemming. This book is not empowering, it just teaches you the basics of how to follow the crowd. If you are looking for help navigating the system WITHIN the system, this is your book. But if you are an independent woman looking for something with substance, do not look into this book. its ok Customer Rating: Not bad for starters... just received it on january 11 and today is the 12th! I have read half of it lol.... i like how it explains a few things that i didn't know... But i agree with those who say it pretty much pertains to the navy / marines... army and aif force are totally diff from those.... but for a good relax book it is good! btw fast delivery! got here when it said it would! yay! Great book for first time military involvement! Customer Rating: I love this book. I had a lot of questions to ask and no one to answer them. This book has become my bible over the past 5 years. I recommend it to anyone to use as a information tool. It lists information from housing, inlisted and officer pay, to ranking, moving, and so so much more.
