Customer Reviews:Average Customer Rating: Just Needed it for a Class I needed this for my Heat Transfer class. It was alright and provided a good source of help and ifnormation outside of the professor and classroom. Textbook The book was in very good condition and I recieved it within a very short period of time... Classic of Thermodinamics The book is great, in my university is called a classic of thermodinamics. The book has additional materials. Simplifies the complexity of the diferential equation involved in heat and mass transfer problems. Their writer are the best in the field. Good Book for a Hard Class The book is decent, with many workout problems and examples. Although the subject is difficult, it is helpful to explain and describe the concepts. Pretty good overall This text is a pretty good introduction to the subject of heat transfer, and contains a good combination of theoretical treatment as well as practical empirical information (lots of data tables and useful equations etc.). However, the consideration of mass transfer, particularly by diffusion, is very weak. If you are seriously interested in this phenomenon, I would look elsewhere. | | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
