Love the book, the tools and best practices have really helped me on the job. I've noticed some of the comments below have referenced that the table of contents is incorrect. Just wanted to mention that my copy doesn't seem to have this issue.

I agree with all the good reviews about this book, it is helping me a lot in my practice with focused insight for every step of the BA tasks. I only wish somebody could have checked out the table of contents for accuracy, the page numbers starting @ Chapter 4 are all wrong!, for a handbook this is a dismal defect.

I have just receieved my copy of this book, and my first reaction is;
Dear Author, Find yourself a new publisher!!!
One which can at the very least get the Contents table to match the actual contents of the book.
If you intend to use this book as a reference, good hunting!
Because that is what you will be doing to find the correct page for the rference you need, as the contents table certainly bears no semblance of reality.

This book has solid reference material that experienced Business Analysts can utilize on virtually any assignment. This is not the best book for a new Business Analyst and is really geared towards a practitioner that understands their craft and appreciates additional guidance. Coverage of techniques and models is very comprehensive.
