I ordered my book for school and ordered it expedited so i would get it by the first day of class... shipping was very prompt. I received it even sooner than i thought i would. i was VERY HAPPY. The item was in very good condition and included the cd like stated on the description. I recommend buying from this seller to anyone who's interested.

The product I purchased was like new and the CD was also with the Product and was also new. The only thing I didn't like was how long it took to get the book I ordered. Otherwise I was pleased with the price and the honest seller. Thank You

So much superfluous text. Do we really need FOUR chapters on Microsoft Word? The instructions for the chapter projects are overcomplicated, disorganized, rambling, and a pain to follow. Rather than listing them concisely in a step-by-step format, each step is broken down into "objectives" with at least two paragraphs for each one. Trying to skim quickly through to find and finish your project is damn near impossible.

Also, the review questions at the end of the chapter are all about regurgitation, not actually understanding the software.

It was NOT the "Introductory" copy as indicated. It was a "Second Edition" copy. It started at Chapter 5.
