A marketing guide explains strategy and planning, not which buttons to push in Facebook. If you're looking for a how-to for Facebook, this is a very good one. If you're looking for even a very basic guide to marketing on Facebook, this is not it. This is not a marketing book. PERIOD. It's a Facebook how-to. The title is a flat-out deception, and as a marketing guide, this book is a waste of money. did Facebook change since this book was written? Customer Rating: I am trying to use this book to learn how to better use Facebook (FB) in marketing my business. However, so many of the illustrations do not match what is on the actual FB webpages. Has FB completely changed its look since this book was written? Facebook Marketing Customer Rating: Facebook Marketing: Leverage Social Media to Grow Your Business Only good for extreme beginners. Customer Rating: I purchased this product hoping it would give me some strategies for marketing the small business I work for on Facebook. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of depth in the content. This book would be much more useful for people who have never used Facebook at all. I am a 22 year old Content Manager at a small direct marketing company and this book didn't tell me a single piece of information that I didn't already know. If you are considering buying this please realize that is covers only the most basic of Facebook marketing and for someone who has been using social marketing for years, it does not provide a single nugget of knowledge. (An Honorable German: A U-Boat Novel). The publisher only does a little bit, the author has to do the rest. I wasn't able to do any pre-publication work because of illness, so I have been forced to play catch up and doing it online made the most sense. Only I don't know how. This is one of the books I purchased to teach myself.
