This book is made up entirely of phrases for use in writing performance appraisals. There are quite a few very good phrases and the categories covered is fairly comprehensive. Well worth the price and an excellent resource to have on your shelf come review time.

I recently bought copies for all of our operational managers to go along with a performance management class I was facilitating. Everyone loves it and now I am talking about it with people outside my agency who want it, too! I highly recommend it for great ideas on how to say exactly what you want to say about someone's performance - good or not so good.
