The book was perfect. It arrived in a timely manner, and was in brand new condition. Will use in the future.

I never received this book. The seller never responded to my email, the book never showed up in the mail and to this day I have no idea why the seller who was in the same state as I am never contacted me to make me aware of the situation. So I ordered the same book from a different seller and the expedited order was canceled the next day because the seller didn't have the book. I would have been happy to not offer a rating at all but the system requires that you click on a star. Sure hope I pass my class. Book: Organizational Behavior.

I ordered this book within a week of the start of my class. I contacted the seller to see if they could get it out as quickly as possible and they did. I read a few other reviews and I couldn't agree with them more. It arrived shortly after and I had the book in just enough time to read the first couple chapters before my first class! Not only did it arrive very quickly, but it arrived in impecible condition - no marks or highlights as described and with the cd.

I bought this and many other books on-line, this is the best way to go. The books are much cheaper than the campus bookstores. Most of the books says used but they look and are in great condition. I even got my daughter who is away at college purchasing books on-line from Amazon.com. You must check it out for yourself..
