I found this book to be very information, detailed, yet easy to read. I enjoyed the authors balanced perspective and their efforts to debunk the common single silver bullet solutions. I have read the other few books on this topic that are newer, but in retrospect I should have started with this one. Before you invest in any type of offshore or other dubious schemes I suggest you read this book.

The book is well written. I'm not an attorney but still found it easy to read. I realize now there is no silver bullet of Asset Protection. I strongly recommend for anyone trying to secure their business and personal assets.

I found this book well written. The approximate first half educates the reader about the many pitfalls of asset protection, and the second half shows a variety of options to be used in an overall strategy of asset protection. It clearly educates the reader about the fact that there is no silver bullet, and that carefull planning "might" provide protection. It would also be a great primer in evaluating any professional one might retain.

This book does an excellent job of introducing the concept of asset protection and includes strategies to protect assets. A number of protection strategies are analyzed to show the pros and cons of each strategy. Examples and diagrams are shown to help communicate protection concepts. Past court cases for some of the protection asset strategies are discussed to show the pros and cons of the particular strategy. I would highly recommend this book to learn about how trusts, corporate entities, and other strategies can work to help the reader make a decision to protect their assets.
