The thing I could ever done is purchasing this book, I'm from Peru and didn't know where to buy gold or silver or even understand the events that move their prices up and/or down. This book puts you in context of everything that relates to money and currency, a how it reflects on the price of the gold and silver. You will understand the difference between price and value, currency and money. You will know that the policies the treausury of US will adopt is nothing more than keeping the pressure of printing money up, which will lead people to run to gold and silver and causing their prices to skyrocket. Now is the time to small capital owners to buy silver and if you're lucky and have millions, the gold is for you pal.

The book is very informative.
However the author sells Gold and Silver from his website. Thus there is a conflict of interest. He gains from telling you to buy the stuff. It still may be and seems like good advice but do your research.

I hold a busy professional job and have not read a book from cover to cover for a long time. Yet I did so with this book. It is eye-opening. Like the author has aspired to do, the book drastically changed my 'context'. I was left with a much better understanding of the current state of economy we are in and how to cope with it.

Along these lines of thinking, another book I recommend is Conspiracy of the Rich. Both books are fascinating in that they offer bold, independent, honest perspectives on how the banking system in this nation work #or fail to work# and in whose interests is the government actually acting, and as an individual investor and tax payer, what you can do to protect yourself in an uncertain time.

If you have multiple books at hand fighting for your time and attention, I urge you put other things aside and read these two books first. You will be glad that you did. For if you are to receive a wake-up call, you want it to happen as early as possible.

If an intelligent rebuttal against neither of these books exist, I would be interested to read them as well.

After reading this book, I now understand so much about the economic world around me. Changed my thinking about investing and the future. Like a rich uncle giving me a fishing pole, a can of worms and showing me where the fish are!

great book. michael maloney has a very good background in this area and has provided a strategic solution to protecting your financial future. this book should be required reading for all adults in order for them to have a better understanding of what has and is going on in wash dc.
