Great book and I've already recommended it to many! inspiring Customer Rating: I found this book to be very practical and inspiring with lots of ideas to try out, but I wish someone would write a book with experimental ideas of which household products that could be used, such as, paints,spackling paste, fillers (from craft store) instead of always pushing Golden products, which I love, but are very expensive especially if you are doing large works. Good Range of Techniques Customer Rating: "Rethinking Acrylic" opens the door to new ways to use acrylic paints. There is a very good variety of techniques from different artists who present an excellent range of ways to approach this medium. I particularly liked the sections on acrylic skins, transfers, and acrylic encaustic.
